Leadership camp

Youth Leadership Camp is designed for teenagers aged 13–17 who are ready to grow beyond the classroom. Whether your child is naturally outgoing or more reserved, the programme is designed to help them build confidence, discover their strengths, and develop practical life skills through hands-on experiences. No prior leadership experience is required, just a willingness to learn, participate, and challenge themselves.

Absolutely. Many participants join the camp hoping to become more confident, and some are naturally quieter than others. Our activities are designed to be supportive rather than intimidating, allowing every participant to contribute at their own pace. Throughout the five days, our coaches create a safe and encouraging environment where teens are challenged to step outside their comfort zones, celebrate small wins, and grow in confidence without ever being put on the spot or pressured to perform.

Yes. We run a limited number of camps each year, and these are the only confirmed dates for this intake. Unlike many holiday programmes, our facilitators are experienced industry practitioners who actively lead businesses, coach executives, and work in their respective fields. Because they continue to practise what they teach, coordinating their schedules is carefully planned well in advance. To maintain the quality of the experience and ensure participants learn from these practitioners, we intentionally keep the number of camps limited each year. Once registrations are full, the next opportunity may only be available during a future holiday period.

In previous camps, participants have visited the offices of Google 与 Facebook (Meta). For this upcoming camp, the company visit will be to Google. While the specific organisation may vary across future camps, every visit is chosen to expose participants to inspiring workplaces, industry professionals, and real-world insights that complement what they learn throughout the programme.
