Meet the Co-Founders:
Tony Widjaja
Tony Widjaja, an INSEAD Executive Master in Change (EMC) graduate, co-created the Youth Leadership Holiday Camp with Paul Tran, a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) graduate. Inspired by their experiences, they designed the camp to help ambitious teens develop leadership skills by first understanding themselves and learning how to connect meaningfully with others.
Rooted in the core principles of self-awareness, social awareness, and emotional intelligence—key elements of the EMC and GEMBA Leadership Development Program (LDP), the camp equips participants with the tools to navigate the complexities of leadership. In addition to self-discovery, teens develop essential skills like public speaking, critical thinking, and problem-solving through design thinking. The program fosters resilience, confidence, and adaptability—qualities that are just as vital for young adults as they are for business leaders.
Guiding teens through this transformative journey is a privilege. The camp helps them not only discover who they are today but also envision who they can become.
Paul Tran
Paul, an INSEAD Global EMBA graduate, is a seasoned leadership coach with 30 years of senior experience in HR, Marketing, and Sales.
Leveraging his French-Chinese heritage and cross-cultural expertise, he coaches INSEAD Executive participants and corporate management teams, driving leadership growth and development.
