Introduction to the Camp

Youth Leadership Camp is a vibrant, hands-on experience for youth aged 13–17 to grow from the inside out. In today’s fast-changing world, success isn’t just about academic achievement — it’s about knowing yourself, understanding others, and having the confidence to communicate your ideas clearly. This 5-day camp helps teens build these crucial skills in a fun, supportive setting.

Participants will begin by exploring self-awareness — identifying their values, motivations, and blind spots. From there, they’ll learn how to read social situations better through social-awareness, becoming more empathetic and confident in group settings.

To help them gain control over their time and mindset, the camp includes sessions on habit hacking and emotional regulation, empowering teens to take charge of their routines and responses.

Through design thinking, participants will learn how to tackle problems with creativity, curiosity, and collaboration — a vital skill not just in school projects but also in real life.

The week wraps with public speaking and personal storytelling — helping every teen find their voice, speak with clarity, and present with confidence in front of an audience.

At YouthLeadership.sg, we believe leadership starts early. This camp helps young people lay a strong foundation to thrive — not just as students, but as future-ready thinkers, teammates, and changemakers.
