Founded to fill a gap in how teens are prepared for life
Youth Leadership Singapore was founded by Paul Tran and Tony Widjaja, both INSEAD-trained leadership practitioners, who saw that schools teach knowledge but rarely teach the self-awareness and communication skills teens need to thrive beyond the classroom. Every coach we work with is a practitioner, not just a trainer — bringing real leadership, communication, and psychology experience into the room.
